"Warm comfortable and spacious well situated for public transport street parking available if required"
Very clean and comfortable and spacious and in the perfect location for where we needed to be. The host provided great communication . The flat was in a built up area but very quiet. The kitchen was was well equipped if needed.
What could be improved: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property only perhaps a few things needed for extra comfort. Bedside tables and lamps and maybe extra seating in the lounge as it was large and if you were staying for longer and eating at the property there was no where to sit. A few instructions for heating and WiFi.

The flat is in a good location with Sydenham Hill station close by. Despite being so close the flat is in a very quiet area. The flat is spotless and is very comfortable. The owner is great to deal with and messages you to make sure everything is OK with your stay. I would happily stay there again.

The apartment was well decorated, and everything looked new. Quick response from the management when problems occurred.
What could be improved: The apartment is quite far from downtown as transportation costs are pretty high in London. A minor issue is the easily blocked shower cubicle drain - probably requires clearing of hair at the drain every day.

"Perfect location to explore Dulwich and Crystal Palace"
Great location for us as we know the Kingswood estate very well. Very easy to access and finished to a good standard.
What could be improved: Beds are possibly a little small for a couple but adequate. Additional ambient lighting in the bedrooms and living room would be good.

The owners were fantastic on arrival so kind and helpful even gave us fruit on arrival...nice touch. I was in London with a work mate ( we are contractors) the area is quite and although there is a school opposite there is no problem parking after about 5pm The flat itself was fantastic,clean (spotless) If I can pick a fault it would be lack of a dining table and if being really picky a few condiments wouldn't go a miss but I suppose that would be down to me Really enjoyed my stay there and if in the area again I would definitely book again

It was very clean. Communication with host was excellent
What could be improved: Needed a hairdryer. And lamps in the bedrooms. Fridge in the bedroom so we needed to unplug due to noise. Very noisy wall clocks in bedrooms. Location not ideal for where we needed to be but it is very near a railway station.
