Overview
First Impressions
Brand New Flat in Central London with Car Park caught my attention immediately — and honestly, it was the promise of actual parking that sealed the deal. You know how impossible it is to find parking in London, right? This three-star place delivers on that promise, tucked away on Liberty Street in Lambeth with a proper car park that’ll save you both money and sanity.
Location & Getting Around
Lambeth’s one of those areas that’s perfectly positioned without the tourist chaos. You’re genuinely close to everything — I mean, you can walk to the South Bank in about fifteen minutes, and Vauxhall station is right there when you need to hop on the Tube. The neighborhood has this lived-in London feel that I actually prefer to staying right in the thick of things.
The Apartment
The apartment itself feels refreshingly modern, which is exactly what you’d hope for from somewhere calling itself “brand new.” The kitchen is actually functional — not one of those tiny hotel kitchenettes where you can barely boil water. I was able to make proper breakfast and even cook dinner one night, which saved me a fortune compared to eating out for every meal in London.
What Works Well
The room setup is smart and practical, with enough space that you don’t feel cramped after a day of walking around the city. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night — Liberty Street isn’t one of those busy London roads where you’re dealing with constant traffic noise. The whole place feels like someone actually thought about what travelers need, rather than just cramming in as many beds as possible.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t going to win any design awards, but it absolutely nails the basics that matter most. Having your own space with a proper kitchen, secure parking (seriously, this alone is worth its weight in gold), and easy access to central London without paying central London prices — that’s the real win here. It’s the kind of place where you can actually settle in for a few days and feel like you’re living in London rather than just passing through.
To book hotel in London for fashion week buzz, travelers reserve early to pair Westminster sunrise walks with evening pub rituals.

"Perfect location for exploring south of the river"
Stayed here with some friends for a long weekend in London. Alex’s flat was a perfect base for exploring south of the river, close to Brixton. Nearest tube stations are a short walk away, or even shorter by bike.
The surrounding area is really picturesque, and with sunny weather for our stay, waking everywhere by foot was a pleasure.
Accessing the flat is easy, with clear instructions and an e-key provided. Once inside the first thing was connecting to wifi (naturally….). There was an issue with the router initially, but a quick call to Alex had that sorted out.
The place is well fitted out, and we had no issues what so ever. I had read some comments regarding pillows etc, but if you want to stay in a hotel, stay in a hotel. Or bring your own pillows if you need them to sleep.
Summary: great flat, perfect location, good value, attentive host. Would rebook.

"Great location and with underground parking"
Great location and having the underground car park was a real bonus.
What could be improved: Weirdly none of the sinks had a plug.

"Satisfied"
Flat is situated in a good calm location close to the bus stop and tube station (between Oval and Stockwell). The apartment is new and very well furnished, you will find all the cooking equipment, dishwasher, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer even the iron. On the day of check-in the owner sends message with instructions how to get inside the house and how to unlock the flat using a code so you don't have to deal with handing over the keys. We all were satisfied :)
What could be improved: Flat was not as clean as I would expected. It could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The ventilation in the bathroom is not working. The bed linen was a bit smelly, probably because it took a long time to dry after washing, towels the same. We also had trouble with locking the door, but then we figured out.

And for the Dutch/ art lovers: van Gogh Walk just around the corner.

"Not bad, but could be so much better"
The location is very convenient, it is close to Stockwell metro station and close to city centre. Apartment had almost everything that you might need for a comfortable stay.
What could be improved: Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, they were high and hard. Bed sheets were old and ripped. The apartment was quite clean, but we had to hoover ourselves under the bed, the couch and armchair because of the dog's hair and dust. Walls are covered in black marks.

What could be improved: The cleaness could be better
