"Pleasant"
The apartment has everything that you need. a little stained carpets but nothing to worry about Near Chelsea football ground
What could be improved: We had an absolute nightmare when we arrived. Difficult getting the keys. Difficulty getting the key code to get the keys difficulty in. Even speaking to the owner they would not pick up. They absolutely kept on hanging up. We had another person who we could ring who was obviously a rep for them. Who didn't know anything about opening the doors. Couldn't get no help out to even help us. We could have booked in at 3:00. We were still outside half past 10:00 at night. Still could not get into the premises. It was absolutely disgusting the way we were treated, as their first customer knew we were going to put up the first review .But as for the owners, absolutely no contact whatsoever. Would I stay again? Absolutely not. They need to practice on their custom servicing because it's non-existent. Plus us how we get our 250 lb back so we had to pay before they even let us have the key and we did not see that anywhere when we booked.

Location was perfect for our stay
What could be improved: It is always difficult as it doesn’t happen that often but London was very hot and the bedrooms in particular so sleeping was not that easy. Also the shower in the en suite did not drain away very quickly and the air fryer had not been cleaned Though we were not going to use it
