"The house and neighbourhood were lovely. Definietly stay again.."
Location was great. House was clean and tidy.
What could be improved: The heating didn’t work properly the bedroom cupboard handles didn’t exist we then found them broken in a drawer.

"Nice property"
Well equips kitchen and comfortable living space and bedrooms. Well decorated and off street parking.
What could be improved: Heating was difficult to use and there was a window on front of the house that could be opened from outside and didn’t have any way of securing. Easy for anyone to just open and reach in to unlock the bigger windows the access property, we have to remove all valuables each day when going to work. Reported to prime stays so hopefully gets fixed.

I liked the availability and response from the staff and how tidy the apartment was.
What could be improved: The internet kept going off almost every night. I expected a fan to be in the apartment as it's summer but there wasn't.

A first glance, looks an excellent facility. Nice bedrooms and on suite facilities lounge looked roomy with well appointed kitchen. Easy parking for two cars which we didn't move during our stay. Pleasantly surprised on arrival. The house is close to shops and other amenities and the tube is only a 20min walk.
What could be improved: It was those little touches which were missing which make all the difference. For a property so new it has never been lived in. I can only comment on the down stairs as my children's families used the upstairs. Missing handles on bedroom furniture, back falling of wardrobe, storage space taken up by bedding, no mirror in ensuite for shaving, no toilet roll holder, no where to put cloths at night except floor. Bed described as king size but two single pushed together which move apart, duvet to big for cover so folded and the weight pulled the duvet of you all night. NO DRESSING TABLE FOR THE GIRLS, Not even a shelf for make up near a mirror! Kitchen cupboards? So much space and nothing in them more selection of glasses? If you want to cook whisk, measuring jugs, etc and a cutlery drawer which was wrongly positioned had to open 180 degees to make the cutlerydrawer come out. No bowl in the kitchen so when Wasing up used the downstairs loo to empty cups. Power outlet for heater next to secret cupboard suspect not sure building inspector would clear it. Lounge seating not sufficient for full house of adults and insufficient space to seat family around table, unless settee moved.. This makes me sound like a real moaner however,...All these things are minor and detract from what could be an excellent venue. Go and live in it for a week and make this place functional for six adults. Oh and of course a baby or two!

The beds were comfy and the place was modern, showers were nice and warm and the kitchen was easy to use.
What could be improved: Check in was delayed due to the cleaner still working due to scheduling error. There were No glasses in the kitchen so we had to drink out of mugs and there was limited cutlery. Many handles on wardrobes and cupboards were not fitted and in the drawers themselves, I presume these had fallen off. The shower sprays water from fittings. Overall the house was good but some maintenance is in order.

Modern decor, parking, quiet area, excellent location.
What could be improved: Lack of cutlery and glasses. Only three forks, three spoons,two teaspoons, one tumbler between five of us. The hot water seemed inadequate for the number of people staying. When we arrived the oven had dried cheese on the bottom.

What could be improved: The bedroom door on LHS upstairs won’t stay shut and a drawer handle fell off. A coffee maker or cafetière would be a bonus.

"Čtyřdenní pobyt skupiny přátel z České republiky"
Ubytování jsme zvolili pro 5 lidí, cestovaly jsme z České republiky. Účelem naší cesty bylo Harry Potter muzeum a návštěva centra. Tohle ubytování byla nejlepší volba. Město Barnet je klidné a úžasné město, sedm minut pěšky byly supermarkety, McDonald, Five Guys, restaurace, lékárna a další. Na metro které vede přímo do centra to bylo asi 15 minut pěšky, okolo hlavní silnice, takže naprostá paráda. Co se týče samotného ubytování a baráku, byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Sice nám chyběl třeba větší hrnec nebo nějaké sklenice (nebyla tam ani jedna), ale to byly drobnosti. Celkově to bylo úplně super ubytování, čisté, veliké, tři pokoje jsou velikou výhodou, na televizi Netflix...
What could be improved: Vytkla bych komunikaci s agenturou, která nepochopitelně napsala, že ubytování můžou zarezervovat jen lidi 21 let starší! Já měla týden před narozeninami, bylo mi 20 let a kvůli změně jména v rezervaci jsem musela platit 50£!!! Navíc začali psát hned, jen kvůli tomu, že jsem mladá, že jestli vím, že nesmí být párty, musí se dodržet noční klid a ať jim sdělíme důvod cesty a další! Byla to téměř taková šikana kvůli věku. Za mě dost nevhodné a neprofesionální chování. Klidně bych se pro tohle ubytování rozhodla znovu, ale majitel by měl uvažovat, zda nezměnit agenturu, která nabízí a komunikuje (nevhodně) s lidmi. Také se mi nelíbí 200£ kauce, která se vrací až po 14 dnech. Vše jsem si tedy pro jistotu při příjezdu a odjezdu natočila a vřele to doporučuji i ostatním, kteří sem přijedou, aby měl v ruce člověk důkaz.
