"Great location"
The property is spacious despite being able to accommodate so many people. Clean and tidy. Location is walking distance to tube station.
What could be improved: No en-suite and couldn’t figure out the heating for upstairs.

"It was fine except for that heating issue."
Spacious and beds were tidy and floor clean
What could be improved: It was soo cold downstairs i contacted the host they run me through a manual which i followed to turn on the heating it worked upstairs but no heating downstairs for all our stay. Handyman sent in but still no heating. The door to the garden was locked and no key as i was told someone went with it but we could use the lounge door to access the garden.

"Good value for money, with a few minor issues."
Property was warm, comfortable, spacious and generally very good value for money for a large group. Well placed and within close distance of multiple shops and public transport links.
What could be improved: Property was a little dirty. Kettle filled with scale and strange black deposits, cutlery/ pans dirty and dishwasher was full of food debris and smelt awful. Hot water pressure was also quite poor.

What could be improved: Not having cupboard space was bit difficult, the dryer not working was bit annoying. your floor board were creaking so much that was very distracting for their stay. The bathroom was not upto great standard. Finally there was a foul sewage smell near the front area. Garden was not kept in good condition. I am not sure how your photos justify all this, I was slightly bit disappointed since we paid a huge some of money.

What could be improved: Nebija kārtīgi iztīrīts pēc iepriekšējiem apmeklētājiem. Pagalmā nebija nopļauta zāle. Atsevišķas lietas ir nolietotas (santehnika, krāni, slēdži).
