"Good base for first time families visiting London."
Location to Woodside Park Tube was about 5 mins walk and 10 mins walk to the central area where there plenty of halal restaurants. Tube to central london was about 20 to 30 mins. As we were driving most of the time, distance to central london was really good but the quick traffic lights and narrow lanes with traffic congestion made it seem further than it really is. Parking space was really useful too. Appliances worked well too.
What could be improved: Key instructions was clear but unit no was not given at the start. More pillows and thicker pillows would be a good touch. The lift was really slow but honestly I rather take a slow lift than no lift as I had a parent with mobility issues.

"Dream apartment"
The apartment was perfect, clean, 2 nice bedrooms, big living room and 2 bathrooms. Really close to an underground station also!!! We will be definitely coming back on our next visit to London!
What could be improved: The only thing was that the one bathroom has a little mold smell (didn’t have a window probably that is the reason)

The place is near the London subway station, it's very easy to access and the neighborhood has everything you need.
What could be improved: The heating control may need instruction to operate. Some more European wall socket adapters may come handy.

"Couldn’t be any better!"
During our stay at Boutique Lux London Apartments in Totteridge, we were thoroughly impressed — it felt like a home away from home, in the best way possible. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with whatever we needed. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is beautifully designed — spacious, bright and with thoughtful touches everywhere. We absolutely loved having a terrace (with access from the living room and two of the bedrooms) which gave us a quiet space to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. The décor is modern and tasteful, the fixtures high quality, and the place really felt clean and well cared for. Two bathrooms helped when travelling with others, and the kitchen is well-equipped so we could prepare meals comfortably. One of the standout features was the location. Although Totteridge feels peaceful and leafy, we were still very well connected. The Tube station was just a short walk away, making it easy to get into central London. We also appreciated the proximity to local shops, cafés, and green spaces — everything we wanted was within walking distance. Plus, free on-site parking was a huge bonus (rare for London!), which made things much more convenient for us. Value for money was excellent. Considering the size, comfort, amenities, and how well everything worked, we felt we got real bang for our buck. The apartment was quiet at night, which contributed a lot to the restful quality of our stay. If you’re looking for somewhere stylish, comfortable, and well-located for both city access and peace and quiet, Boutique Lux London Apartments is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be recommending it — and hope to return ourselves!

"A bright and spacious apartment, good location, minor flaws"
Excellent location next to the Woodside Park underground station. Shops and restaurants within ~8 min walking distance.
What could be improved: No appliance how-to guides. We struggled with the washing machines and could watch the TV only by serendipity. A couple spots in the apartment were not properly cleaned.

"A few tweaks, but a great stay in a clean, modern and spacious apartment"
Location was excellent. A couple minutes walk to Tube station and 10 minutes walk to high street with plenty of shops. The apartment is very spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities.
What could be improved: The TV had a bit of a mind of its own and kept asking to scan channels in and exited programmes randomly. Not sure if it's a WIFI issue. The hob extractor wasn't working so it did cause the cooking smell to linger in the living area and the lack of cooker hood light was missed because of it not working. Would be nice to have a TV in the main bedroom The bathroom extractor didn't seem to work, but wasn't an issue as there was a window that could open for ventilation. Hand cream and soap would be a nice added extra The main bedroom bed was a bit rackety and squeaky, and possibly could do with fixing or replacing. Addition of a bigger frying pan and bigger pot would be useful. One side of the main bedroom patio door didn't seem to open, but wasn't a major issue as one side of the patio door did. Parking wasn't totally clear as wasn't sure what flat number bay to park in as wasn't given the flat number on check in, but was resolved when contacting the host.

"Lovely spacious apartment with great parking only 3 mins walk from tube"
Spacious, bright and comfortable and loved the balcony accessed from living room and one of the bedrooms. Really well equipped for perfect holiday. Location was easy to find on a very pretty quiet street and parking area to the rear with allocated bays was excellent. Amazing base for access to London as only a few minutes walk to tube station. Couldn’t ask for more.
