Overview
First Impressions
BnBNova – 1BR – Holborn & Central London – The Museum sits right in the heart of Camden, and honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better spot to explore London. This four-star property feels more like staying in a well-appointed local flat than a typical hotel — which is exactly what makes it work so well. The building has that classic London charm without being stuffy, and you’ll appreciate how it blends into the neighborhood rather than standing out like a tourist magnet.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re walking distance from the British Museum (hence the name), but also close enough to Russell Square that you can actually breathe a bit. The Holborn area means you’ve got multiple tube stations within easy reach, and Camden’s energy is right there when you want it. You know what’s brilliant? You can grab groceries at the Sainsbury’s just down the street, which matters more than you’d think when you’re staying somewhere with proper cooking facilities.
The Apartment
The one-bedroom apartment setup is what really sets this place apart from standard hotel rooms. The kitchen is actually functional — not one of those tiny hotel kitchenettes where you can barely make tea. I mean, you’ve got proper counter space and everything you need to cook if you fancy staying in one evening. The room itself feels spacious by London standards, with enough storage that you won’t be living out of your suitcase the entire time.
Daily Life & Practicalities
What surprised me was how much this felt like temporary living rather than just visiting. The setup encourages you to settle in properly — there’s space to spread out, decent wifi for getting work done, and that sense of having your own little corner of London. The neighborhood around here is genuinely mixed, so you’ll see locals heading to work alongside tourists figuring out their maps, which I actually prefer to being stuck in a pure tourist bubble.
Why Guests Love It
With an 8.3 rating, guests clearly appreciate what BnBNova offers — that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment independence. The location delivers on its promise of being central without the chaos, and the space gives you room to actually relax between all that sightseeing. Plus, let’s be honest, being able to make your own coffee in the morning instead of hunting for an overpriced café is a small luxury that makes a difference when you’re traveling.

"Lovely apartment, very clean in an excellent location.easy check in and checkout"
Location was awesome, right across the street from the tube, lots of restaurants and the grocery store at the cross section. Really nice central location.
What could be improved: The climb up the stairs especially.

"Great if you want central location and flexibility to cook."
Well kitted out, comfortable (quite high) bed. Thoughtfully decorated and spacious for one. Centrally located.
What could be improved: Be aware there are four flights of stairs - fine until you realise you forgot some shopping! Windows in kitchen area don’t open so only windows to very busy and loud road can be opened. Lots of sirens - bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Shower cubicle is small given space constraints.

"Great place to stay! I highly recommend it."
Excellent location with Metro stop, market, bank right across the street. The place was tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and a very nice Nespresso coffee machine which was a plus. The staff super responsive within few minutes. Very well organized. The instructions very clear for checking in and checking out. Again location was fantastic with minutes walk to Covent Garden and British museum and Metro. I would definitely stay here again.
What could be improved: It’s central so it can be loud and noisy at night. There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment. So if you are out of shape and have a lot of luggage it may be tough. We didn’t mind it as we just thought of it as of our daily workout.

"Loved the flat. Location was great for me but would be put off booking again due to the deposit"
Lovely flat. Located just across the road from Holborn tube station. On the fourth floor with narrow stairs but worth the climb. Very good value for money.
What could be improved: 600 euro damage deposit required incurring a non sterling transaction fee..

"Exceptional"
The apartment is in an old but charming building (be aware there is no elevator and stairs are narrow if you're traveling with suitcases but it's worth it). The location is great in walking distance to many attractions, Covent garden, Soho, Oxford street, China town...
It is a cozy place and would definitely stay again!!!
What could be improved: There is nothing to dislike but maybe coffee and some sugar would be a nice touch. That is the only suggestion otherwise perfect.

This apartment was an excellent choice! The underground station is right across the street, and you can reach most places on foot in no time. The flat is very modern, well-equipped, and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk from iconic sights like the British Museum and Lincoln’s Inn Fields. It was spotless and cozy, with lightning-fast Wi-Fi that made trip planning super easy. Although it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator, the stairs were a good little warm-up before heading out to explore. I’d happily stay here again!
