First Impressions
BnBNova – 3BR – Fitzrovia sits right on Tottenham Street, and honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better slice of central London. This four-star place feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed flat than a typical hotel — which makes sense, given it’s essentially a three-bedroom apartment that’s been thoughtfully set up for travelers. The building itself has that classic London character, but step inside and everything’s been updated with a clean, modern touch that actually works.
The Space
What really struck me about this place is how much room you get. I mean, three proper bedrooms in Fitzrovia? That’s pretty remarkable when you consider where you are. Each bedroom feels intentionally designed rather than just thrown together — good lighting, comfortable beds, and enough storage space that you’re not living out of your suitcase. The main living area connects everything nicely, and there’s this sense that someone actually thought about how people move through the space.
Kitchen & Practical Bits
The kitchen is where this place really shines if you’re planning a longer stay or traveling with a group. It’s properly equipped — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation. You can actually cook here, which is brilliant when you want to grab fresh ingredients from the nearby markets and save a bit on London’s restaurant prices. There’s a decent-sized dining table too, so you’re not eating standing up at a counter.
Location & Neighborhood
Fitzrovia is one of those London neighborhoods that feels central without being touristy, and this spot captures that perfectly. You’re genuinely walking distance to Oxford Street if you need the big shops, but also close to Charlotte Street’s excellent restaurants and the quieter streets around Fitzroy Square. The British Museum is maybe ten minutes on foot, and you know what? Sometimes it’s nice to stumble home after a long day rather than figure out the Tube.
Why Guests Love It
The 10/10 rating makes sense when you experience the space — it’s that rare combination of location, comfort, and value that’s hard to find in London. What I appreciated most was how it doesn’t feel like a corporate hotel experience. You get your own keys, come and go as you please, and there’s enough space that even if you’re traveling with others, you don’t feel cramped. For families or friends traveling together, this setup just works better than booking multiple hotel rooms across the hall from each other.
