Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Best Location In London – Kings Road 3-Bed Home with Terrace, AC & Netflix on Limerston Street, you immediately get why they put “best location” right in the name. This four-star property sits in one of those quiet residential pockets of Chelsea that feels surprisingly peaceful considering you’re literally minutes from Kings Road’s buzz. The Victorian terrace house has that classic London charm — you know, the kind you see in movies but rarely get to actually stay in.
The Space
Inside, this three-bedroom setup works brilliantly for families or groups who want to spread out. Each room has its own character, and honestly, the whole place feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed home than a typical rental. The kitchen is properly equipped — I mean, you can actually cook here if you want to, not just reheat takeaway. What really sets it apart though is that terrace; it’s not huge, but having any outdoor space in central London feels like winning the lottery.
Location Perks
The Kings Road connection isn’t just marketing speak — you’re genuinely a two-minute walk from all those boutiques and cafes that make Chelsea famous. But here’s what the guidebooks don’t tell you: being on Limerston Street means you’re close enough to everything but tucked away from the weekend crowds that can make Kings Road feel like a parade route. The nearest tube is Fulham Broadway, which is about a ten-minute walk, but honestly, you’ll probably find yourself walking everywhere because this area is just that walkable.
Modern Comforts
The air conditioning might seem like a small detail, but if you’ve ever been in London during a heat wave (and yes, they do happen), you’ll understand why it matters. Netflix is set up and ready to go, which is perfect for those inevitable rainy evenings when you just want to settle in. The whole place has that lived-in comfort that makes you forget you’re in a rental — everything from the Wi-Fi to the shower pressure actually works the way it should.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back is how this place manages to feel both central and residential. You get the authentic London neighborhood experience without sacrificing convenience — there’s a Waitrose around the corner, several good pubs within walking distance, and you can be in Sloane Square in about fifteen minutes on foot. The 8.7 rating makes sense when you consider that this isn’t just accommodation; it’s a proper base for exploring London while feeling like you actually live here, even if it’s just for a few days.
Guest reviews
"Excellent location, high standard of living, how was brilliant."
The location is great, it was easy living, warm and host was very helpful. Buses at the door step, tube a few mins walk away. Comfy beds. Warm showers, kitchen, and we were grateful for the dishwasher and washer/ dryer.
What could be improved: We were a family of 5, it’s slightly tight. Could have done with another bed. Bathrooms were great, but tight.

"A perfect location for a nice and comfortable stay"
Position; quiet central with several stores and other services at walking distance, bike sharing lot at 50 mt. and bus at 3 minutes walk.
Spaces; comfortable for 5 people.
Services; dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi connection, XBox4
Late check-out
Willingness of the owner.
What could be improved: In the kitchen, there are not enough tableware for 5 or 6 people (i.e. only 5 glasses or 3 cups). With very little, all can be perfect

"Plenty of space and amenities. Beautiful safe neighborhood and very quaint."
We were a family of 4. Two adults and 2 grown children (adults!) and we needed space and beds. It was so nice to spread out and start getting adjusted to London time for our 21 day trip. we could unpack, sit in the living room and not just on the beds. Several stores close by to buy coffee and bring leftovers home and reheat them. Washing machine and easy instructions to use. Host could be reached when needed and no issues at all. I would recommend to my friends and book again. A hospital close by ( but not an active emergency room so it was quiet), grocery stores, pubs, coffee shops etc. Everything you need as you walk to a tube station- they were not as close as I thought after a long day of site seeing. It was easy to call taxis or Ubers from the location.
What could be improved: a good 20-30 minutes walk from a Tube station after a day of site seeing. I love to have a small bottle of laundry detergent to start a load at the apartment and a bottle of shower gel too. Just what I'd love to make it perfect! No bathtub so you'd have to shower with your little ones. Hand towels and wash clothes are more normal for Americans I think so that would be nice but we had plenty of bath towels. It was load in the front middle bedroom at night. The fan in the living room didn't work in any electrical outlet. A few fans would be nice to cool the place down and drown out the noise, as I think most visitors have to get rest and adjust to time changes. Otherwise perfect and lovely! No issues not to stay and recommend!

"Very good"
Josh is a great host, he was able to accomodate us right away after our airbnb cancelled on us last minute, responds quickly to any queries too. The location felt very safe and was convenient to get around town.
What could be improved: Had some issues with the shower getting clogged, which led to the toilet floor being covered with water. The apartment is a lot smaller than what is pictured, however it is still a pleasant cosy stay.

"Not quite what we had hoped for"
Best thing about the apartment was the location. There are several bus lines nearby and the surroundings are quiet.
The beds were comfortable, though very narrow for a ‘double bed’.
The apartment is kept warm and is modern decorated.
What could be improved: The few dishes available were not clean. We missed basic items such as kitchen sponges / dishwasher tabs, trash bags etc.
In contrast, there were several folded pepper bags as well as random forgotten items from other guests in the drawers and wardrobe - from baby pajamas to boxing gloves. Inside kitchen dwarves and cabinets, there were several unopened letters to the owner (some many months old), giving the impression that only cleaning personnel and never the owner ever goes there.
The bathroom and the toilet are very - very - small, and due to the absence of shower curtains, the floor were soaked after showering no matter how much one tried not to. There wasn’t a shower squeegee available for drying the floor afterwards, so we had to used our towels for that.
Neighbors are occasionally very loud, also during night hours.
