Walking into the 1 Bedroom Stylish Apartment near Regents Park FREE WIFI & AIRCON by City Stay Aparts London, I was honestly surprised by how much space they managed to pack into what’s technically still a central London location. The apartment sits in Camden, which means you’re getting that perfect balance of being close enough to everything that matters without dealing with the chaos of Zone 1 every single morning. The air conditioning hit me immediately — and trust me, during those unexpectedly warm London summers, you’ll appreciate having it more than you think.
The Space That Works
This four-star setup genuinely feels like someone’s stylish flat rather than a sterile hotel room. The bedroom’s got proper blackout curtains (a godsend when you’re dealing with those 5 AM summer sunrises), and the living area actually gives you somewhere to spread out your stuff. The kitchen is compact but functional — I mean, you’re not going to be hosting dinner parties, but making morning coffee and heating up takeaway from Camden Market works perfectly fine.
Location Perks
Here’s what I really loved about the Camden location: Regent’s Park is literally a five-minute walk away, which means you can have your morning run or afternoon picnic without any of the tourist crowds you’d get near Hyde Park. Camden Lock Market is close enough that you’ll probably end up there more than once, and the Northern line connections mean getting to King’s Cross or central London takes maybe 10 minutes on the tube. Plus, there’s decent parking nearby if you’re driving — though honestly, you won’t need a car much from here.
Modern Comforts
The Wi-Fi actually works properly (I was streaming and video calling without any issues), and the air conditioning isn’t just some tiny unit struggling in the corner — it actually keeps the whole place comfortable. The shower pressure’s solid, and there’s enough storage space that you’re not living out of your suitcase for the entire stay. Small details, but they add up when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two.
Why Guests Love It
You know what really sets this place apart? It’s got that sweet spot of feeling like you’re living in London rather than just visiting. The 9.1 rating makes sense when you factor in how the space works for both quick business trips and longer stays where you want to actually settle in somewhere. The Camden neighborhood gives you proper London character without the tourist trap pricing, and having Regent’s Park as your backyard while still being minutes from everything else — that’s honestly hard to beat in this city.

"Nice stay!"
The apartment is great and cozy! We felt like at home with our one year old baby! It was clean and had everything needed.
The location is really good too, so close to the regents park!
What could be improved: The check-in process is sooo complicated. You have to submit your IDs, photo of your card (!!!) + charged deposit which all feels like «what if they are scammers?» . Thank god, they are not! Everything was done as they promised.
But our arrival was very stressful because we had a night flight. With our baby and luggage we had to go to a night kiosk to collect the keys and then walk to the apartment. Again, in the moment, it was stressful!

"Great location, spacious & modern apt, reasonably priced"
Spacious and modern rooms & washroom. Comfortable house with all ameneties. Location is excellent.
Has all the essentials. Very safe property with lift. Would definitely recommend it. Responsive property management. Had a very good stay.
What could be improved: It was too hot in June. Ac wasn't effective, kept switching off automatically after short intervals.
Bed slightly small. Otherwise very good apartment.

"Large property in a great area of Camden Town."
Great location, very good sized apartment. The host allowed me to store luggage at their offices after checkout which was greatly appreciated.
What could be improved: Air conditioner instructions are in German and so it was impossible to regulate.
Check in process was cumbersome very difficult. The information provided by Booking.com is apparently not enough and they require a long drawn out process and a number of telephone calls to get into the property.
The hosts tried to assist but they haven’t taken into consideration that not everyone has access to data and rely on WiFi. As a result the checking process took over an hour.

"Exceptional"
Great location just around the corner from Regents Park and not far from Camden Tube Station. There are also good walks along the canal and plenty of local shops . The apartment over looks the back of the buildings so there is very little noise from the road. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and also spotlessly clean as you would expect.
What could be improved: Our details which were emailed with of proof of identity couldn't be found and we had to send again. But a telephone call to the office rectified this, and the person I spoke to was very helpful. And it would be helpful if the apartment had an oven glove.

"A wonderful apartment in Camden for a family any time of year!"
The location is amazing! You are right next to the Camden High street and a short walk to the tube, but we couldn’t hear any noise throughout our stay - not from other residents or outside. The size of the apartment is large and looked exactly what the pictures show. We travelled with 2 children and were able to easily fit a travel cot on either side of the bed and our other child slept on the sofa bed comfortably.
Communication with property management was excellent. We opted for a self check in which required a little bit of work before hand - but it was super simple to collect the keys once we arrived.
The heater was a little tricky for us to work out, but once we did the property was super warm for our stay.
Overall the property was incredibly clean and they even informed us that we would have a cleaner attend half way through which was a lovely surprise.
We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone travelling to London.

"very nice apartment :)"
the lady on the phone was very helpful and suggested us some places around for food as well they let us leave the luggage by their offices the last day while we waited as our flight was very late, we seen some reviews about the keys collection being difficult but we collected the keys from a near by location ( 1-2 mins walk ) which was helpful as from the same place we managed to get some groceries. so we had no issues and the apartment was very nice and had aircon a super plus in London. definitely would come back !
