The main room flows into this open-plan living area that doesn’t feel cramped, which is saying something for central London. The balcony — and I mean a proper balcony, not just a Juliet affair — gives you these glimpse views over the rooftops that make you forget you’re in one of the world’s busiest cities.

What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup. It’s not just a token kitchenette shoved in a corner — they’ve given you proper counter space and appliances that actually work well. I made coffee there most mornings, and honestly, it felt more like staying in a friend’s place than a typical hotel experience.

Location That Actually Works

Being in Kensington and Chelsea means you’re walking distance from South Kensington station, which I used constantly. The Natural History Museum is literally around the corner, and if you’re into shopping, you’ve got both the King’s Road and Knightsbridge within easy reach. But here’s what the guidebooks don’t tell you — there’s this little Italian deli just two blocks down that does incredible sandwiches for about half what you’d pay near Harrods.

The Details That Matter

The three bedrooms are genuinely separate spaces, not just partitioned areas. I was traveling with family, and we all had proper privacy, which made such a difference. The master bedroom has these tall windows that let in amazing morning light — though if you’re sensitive to street noise, the traffic on Sloane Avenue does pick up during rush hours.

What surprised me most was the attention to practical stuff. There’s decent wifi throughout (I worked from there a few days), proper storage space, and they’ve clearly thought about what people actually need. The bathroom situation works well too — no queueing in the morning, which anyone who’s traveled with multiple people will appreciate.

"Very good"
Home was safe, and all kitchen equipment was nice. The bathroom and water were good.
What could be improved: Stairs, :( Not easy to go up with baggage upstairs. The mattress is not comfortable.

"Well located, practical as a hop in and out. More suitable for cooler months."
The location was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped. Checkin and checkout were extremely easy with a very clear set of instructions and a full pdf shared with all details.
What could be improved: Rooms were a bit small, there were very small trap windows in two of them, making aeration and natural lighting a bit difficult. The property was not well cleaned on checkin, dusty shelves, dirt and dust under beds, table and couch. Although well equipped, there was not a broomstick in sight and the ironing board is too small. Dining area chairs were in bad condition and too big for the room. There is only one toilet for three bedrooms, but this could have been my mistake for not verifying in the description. Being under a rooftop, the heat inside the property in August is really high, although there were fans, it didnt help much. Expect occasional food smells during the day from café on street level. Hardly qualifies as a penthouse unless the definition is limited to rooftop apartment.

"Nice place but It comes with a catch"
Location is good , supermarket and tram station is close by, close to tourist attractions. Area is nice and apartment is pretty okay i guess.
What could be improved: All kitchen appliances where filthy and disgusting to use, all dishes pots toaster coffee maker kettle where not fit for use in my opinion, cleaning was bad all dust and filth was pushed under couches or beds, when complained to manager he treated me like a lier and was very annoying to talk too, he did send a fan on my request as the apartment has no air conditioning, we ended up spending our first day cleaning, the 56 stairs where also annoying. Pictures are misleading only one bedroom has a balcony , a balcony which is filled with spiderweb and birds filth and when requested it to be cleaned the answer was “ we don’t provide seating in outside area” and its not included in the cleaning fees you pay for, also windows was not cleaned The heating unit is inside the apartment and it generates a constant Humming noise that can be heard in all rooms and can be very annoying for one of the rooms

Sijainti oli aivan loistava lähellä ostoskatuja ja metroa. Makuuhuoneet olivat hyvän kokoiset ja sängyt todella hyvät.
What could be improved: Isommalla porukalla yksi wc on turhan vähän. Pienten lasten kanssa myös portaikko voi tuottaa ongelmia. Oleskelutilat olivat muuhun asuntoon nähden pienet ja ehkä hieman alikalustetut, mutta kaikki tarvittava löytyi siitä huolimatta.

What could be improved: Não tem elevador e fomos com bebé o que ficou bem cansativo subir sempre tantas escadas com compras e coisas da bebé. Tinha apenas 1 sanita no apto, e dois chuveiros! Não muito funcionam para 6 pessoas.

"Appartement très bien situé dans Londres , idéal pour une famille de 6 personnes et un court séjour"
Localisation de l'appartement dans un secteur résidentiel de Londres à proximité de la station de métro de South Kensington et non loin de Hyde Park sur la Piccadilly Line et à 9 stations de Saint Pancras Eurostar. Appartement avec 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire et WC, 1 douche et 1 salon avec cuisine tout aménagée Appartement propre avec serviettes de toilette de bain fournies ainsi que les draps.
What could be improved: Le coffre sécurisé pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement se trouve dans le local poubelles (à droite). Difficulté à ouvrir la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble pour monter à l'appartement (problème de clé et apparemment problème récurrent pour tous les locataires; j'ai dû moi-même ouvrir la porte à un locataire ! ); pas d'ascenseur; appartement accessible au fond de la terrasse au dernier étage et parties communes pas en très bon état (moquette au sol très sale..); Porte d'entrée de l'appartement laissant passer l'air, et lave-vaisselle à vérifier car pas assez utilisé. Absence de Wi-Fi dans l'appartement mais on capte très bien les réseaux 4 et 5 G des opérateurs mobiles londoniens. Les couverts sont à compléter (pas assez de petites cuillères (4) et verres (2).

"Ein toller Tipp für ein Apartment wo die Preis/Leistung stimmt."
Die kurzfristige Buchung. Das die Schlüssel zum Apartment jederzeit zu holen waren - mittels einer Einfachen Erklärung in einem kurzen Handbuch welches man nach der Zahlung bekommt. Die Ausstattung des Apartments - es war mehr als alles da, sogar Föhn & auch Duschgel wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis war SPITZE!! Für so ein großes Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und zweimal zugang zum Balkon, ebenso war WLAN vorhanden. Was ich noch extra erwähnen möchte ist das Personal. Wir hatten ein kleines Problen mit unserer Alarmanlage. (Piepste ununterbrochen plötzlich) Ich habe mich über Booking an das Apartment-Personal gewendet & bekam bereits nach kurzer Zeit eine Antwort mittels Lösung für das Problem. Das Team war super bemüht auch wenn nicht in Persona in Kontakt gekommen sind wollte ich mich nocheinmal für den Super Aufenthalt bedanken. Das Apartment ist auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung!

What could be improved: Ikke rent. Gamle underbukser under sengen, sammen med masser af støv og andre glemte småting. Lejligheden og møblerne var slidte. Køkkenstolene skallede deres stof af, så det lå på gulvet, og kommoderne manglede greb og var vakkelvorne. Def var meget larm (White noice) fra maskinrum.
