Overview
First Impressions
The 4 bedroom house with Garden, Parking & 3 mins Walking Distance from Train Station is exactly what it says on the tin — no fancy marketing names here, just honest description. Walking up to this three-star property on Brent Terrace, you’ll notice it’s one of those classic London terraced houses that locals actually live in. The front garden isn’t huge, but it’s properly maintained, and honestly, having any outdoor space in London feels like a small miracle.
Location & Transport Links
That three-minute walk to the train station isn’t an exaggeration — I timed it myself. You’re literally a stone’s throw from Cricklewood station, which gets you into central London in about 20 minutes on the Thameslink. The neighborhood is residential Brent, so it’s not touristy at all — you know what I mean, proper London living. There’s a Tesco Express around the corner and a decent Turkish restaurant that stays open late, which came in handy when we arrived after a long travel day.
The Space & Comfort
Inside, you get the full house experience with four proper bedrooms spread across different floors. The main room is decent-sized with a comfortable double bed, and the others work well for families or groups traveling together. The kitchen is actually functional — not just a token effort with a mini-fridge and kettle. I mean, you’ve got a full cooker, proper workspace, and enough dishes to make real meals if you want to save money on eating out every night.
Practical Details
The parking situation is probably the biggest win here — anyone who’s tried to park in London knows this is worth its weight in gold. You get a designated spot right there, no circling the block for ages or feeding meters. The garden backing the house gives you a bit of breathing room, especially nice if you’re traveling with kids who need to burn off energy. It’s not Kew Gardens, but there’s space for morning coffee outside when the weather cooperates.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
Look, this isn’t going to win any design awards, but it delivers on the basics really well. The heating works properly (crucial for London), the WiFi doesn’t drop out every five minutes, and you’ve got space to spread out instead of cramming into a tiny hotel box. For groups or families who want to experience London without paying city center prices, it’s actually quite clever — residential area pricing with transport links that get you anywhere you need to go. Plus, staying in a real neighborhood gives you a different perspective on the city that you just don’t get from tourist areas.
To book hotel in London for fashion week buzz, travelers reserve early to pair Westminster sunrise walks with evening pub rituals.

"Great location, large, clean home with parking"
The house was large, clean & has everything we needed. The location was spot on, not being far off the M1 & being able to park at the property, then the locality for Brent Cross west station is just a few minutes walk through the park area, all really well lit in the evening too. We did a short trip to Kentish Town & not far to get into central London.
What could be improved: Like others have mentioned, the upstairs bathroom would be better if had a toilet, but not a big issue.
2 pillows would have been nice - that’s just a personal preference.

"Great location"
Great location if you’re going to watch a gig at Wembley and very close to a lot of shops and restaurants.
A nice size for 4 people

"Lovely house and a great location"
Perfect location. The house was situated on a quiet street on a cul-de-sac with a drive big enough to fit a 9 seater mini bus. There was a short walk to the train station and a 19 minutes walk to the underground. We were expecting a busy area with a lot of traffic considering the location but that wasn't the case . There was a lovely park near the house with plenty of activities for the kids. Tesco was a 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk and Brent town was close to walk to. Inside, the house was clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need for cooking, washing, etc. The sitting room was big enough for the 7 of us to socialise with comfortable sofas and a big dinning table. All four bedrooms were decent size, comfortable beds and fans in every bedroom.
What could be improved: The pillows were a little "lumpy" and the house could benefit from having a toilet upstairs as only one toilet in the house.

"It is recommended for group of 8 people."
The place is very good. Very near to underground station and supermarkets. Also there is a parking lot very convenient to drivers.
What could be improved: The toilet doesn’t have hangers for towels and clothing.

"Charming house with handy train station close by."
The house was delightful and the area would be fantastic for small children with the nearby exploratory gardens and ice cream stand. The location was great for transport - train station only a few minutes walk away. The house had some handy appliances and utensils for cooking.
What could be improved: The whole house could do with a thorough clean and the upstairs bidet wasn't useful for our family so we were limited to the one downstairs toilet.

"Very good"
What could be improved: Didn’t like the fact that we booked 4 rooms and only got one parking space and the other car had to be parked a bit far. Otherwise everything was 9/10

Hi There
We had a great stay at your property however before the next guests can I make a suggestion that the oven is cleaned we only needed it for garlic bread however it was dirty on the bottom and was very smoky because of it.
Thanks for a good stay in a very nice part of London.
What could be improved: The kitchen was also a little dirty.
The bedding has an odour to it had we been staying longer. I would have washed them all before sleeping on them, but I couldn't due to time restraints.
The power point in one of the bedrooms is literally hanging off the wall my children are old enough to stay away but would hate someone to be hurt.
Young families would need a baby gate for the stairs

"Definitely a good place to stay, and with a little tlc to the paintwork and linen, would be perfect!"
Our location was excellent, close to the train station and access to the bus stop near the train station. The bus took us to the Brent Cross Shopping Centre which was great for everything.
What could be improved: Perhaps a little tlc needed with the paintwork around the apartment and linen was worn and old, but all in all we were happy with it. We just washed the linen when we needed to.
We did not like the fact that the second toilet was a bidet.. with three adults and two children it was a rush to use the one toilet we had.
