"Good location & parking. Spoiled by the place being untouched since the last guests stay."
Location was good, parking was good, bed was comfy.
What could be improved: Service was a bit of a shambles, 7 hours of an unusable space which hadn’t been cleaned since the previous gusts so couldn’t unpack then had to spend a lot of my short stay checking my emails to communicate that it needed cleaned and we would like compensation for the hours of not being able to use the place properly. Was offered 2 hours extra at check out. No money back.

It was clean, comfortable, great location, safe and secure. It had everything you needed, and parking was an added bonus. Great travel links.
What could be improved: Nothing bad to say, although if you have a particularly large car, the parking space is quite tight.

"I left after 1 hour.."
What could be improved: The accommodation was extremely damp. On the walls, the bedding was damp and the cover up with cleaning products to mask the smell. I stayed for 1 hour and booked a hotel nearby. Booking.com has been awful at dealing with my complaint. It is not 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Bathroom also not the same as booking.com pictures.

"Good location but needs all the damp sorting"
10 minutes walk in to Camden market
What could be improved: Lots of damp visible in the property, wet patches on the walls & ceilings. Sofa and bed felt damp to sit on/lay in. Had not been cleaned properly prior to check in as there were someone else’s clothes tags on the table in the living room and a wet puddle of something on the dining table

"I will definitely stay again just a few changes need to be made but overall will definitely rebook."
Location was perfect, free parking a big bonus a little tight but we made it work. Cozy place free Netflix and wifi. Basic kitchen utensils included.
What could be improved: Black bags full of rubish outside where parking space is which I had to move to get the car parked. Rug in the living room needs to be replaced as it’s pretty dirty. Bathroom floor had hair on the floor. Not sure if the cleaners noticed a note left on the bed stating blankets smell it wasn’t nice reading that note made us think if the property has been thoroughly cleaned and why it wasn’t picked up. Bedroom needs to be aired out as there is a damp smell especially in the wardrobes we had to keep our clothes in the suitcase.
