When I first stumbled upon 2Bed Stratford Apt with Easy Access to Central London, O2, ExCel, Parking Nearby, I’ll be honest — the name caught me off guard. It’s refreshingly straightforward, telling you exactly what you’re getting without any marketing fluff. This unique boutique hotel without official star rating sits in Victoria Mills Studios, and you know what? Sometimes the places without fancy ratings turn out to be the most memorable.
The Space
The apartment itself genuinely surprised me. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms — you’re getting proper living space with two bedrooms that actually feel like bedrooms, not afterthoughts. The kitchen is functional enough that you could cook a proper meal if you wanted to, which honestly saves a fortune when you’re staying in London for more than a couple of days. I mean, grabbing groceries from the local Tesco and making breakfast beats paying hotel prices every morning.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s where things get interesting — Newham isn’t exactly Zone 1, but that’s actually the point. You’re in London without paying central London accommodation prices, and Stratford station is close enough that getting into the city center is pretty straightforward. The Elizabeth Line changed everything for this area, by the way. What used to be a bit of a trek is now a quick hop to places like Liverpool Street or Bond Street.
Local Perks
The O2 Arena and ExCel Centre proximity isn’t just marketing speak — if you’re attending events at either venue, this place makes perfect sense. I’ve stayed here during conference season, and while other attendees were dealing with expensive hotels near the venues, I had a proper two-bedroom space for a fraction of the cost. The parking situation nearby is actually manageable too, which anyone who’s tried to park in central London will appreciate.

What I really appreciate about this place is the honesty. It’s not trying to be something it’s not — no pretentious lobby or overpriced room service. Instead, you get space, functionality, and access to everything London offers without the central London price tag. For families or groups who need actual space to spread out, or business travelers who want a proper work setup, this apartment delivers on its straightforward promise.

"Good place for the money."

What could be improved: Noise from the building opposite the street during the night, which made it hard to sleep with open windows..

"Great stay enjoyed the apartment but don’t think it may be suited for a large group stay as there was a lot of unnesserc"
Nice property. Clean inside and nicely decorated. Provided great condiments too
What could be improved: The neighbours complained about noise a lot, when there wasn’t that much noise, so I’m not sure the property is suited for an 7 people stay as more people means more noise. My group was happy to compromise by talking quietly but did ruin the experience of the stay

Well-equipped apartment in a great location, close to the bus and underground station with access to multiple lines. Shops and a shopping mall nearby.
What could be improved: Although we booked for 7 people, only 4 had comfortable beds — the fold-out beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. The apartment also didn’t seem to be properly cleaned, as there was noticeable dirt on the floor.

"Superb"
Apt is spaceous enough for 4 adults with 4 kids. The kitchen and the bathroom were clean.
The communication with the owner was superb, we've got all the additional infos at the right time.
What could be improved: Foldable beds, where cildren slept, are really soft and for many, uncomfortable to sleep on. They may be suitable for one child or two younger children.

"Very good"
We stayed with 6 adults and 1 child (1,5 years old). Great location, station with several metro lines approximately 10 minutes from the accommodation, we had the opportunity to get to all the tourist attractions almost without changing trains. The area around the accommodation was quiet, it was silent at night, nothing disturbed us. The accommodation had a bath and shower, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 TVs (in the living room and 2 bedrooms). There were shampoos, shower gels, dishwasher tablets. Key handover via deposit box was simple, nicely described by the owner. Overall communication with the owner was great.
What could be improved: The dishes in the kitchen were not quite well washed, we had to wash it. The 2 bedrooms had 2 double beds, however there were 2 fold out beds for the other 2 guests. Unfortunately these beds were really very uncomfortable, plus quite noisy every time we moved. It was nothing that could not be overcome for 3 nights, however it is impossible to get a decent sleep on these beds. Overall though, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. Nevertheless, staying with 4 people instead of 6 would definitely be more comfortable.

the layout, the location, having lots of handy toiletries, kitchen items we didn't have to go out and buy
What could be improved: when we arrived noticed a huge ball of hair attached to one of the blind cords, pretty gross
there was also what looked like sick in the WC I cleaned away on arrival...
apart from this the apartment was very reasonable

"Clean Spacious apartment. Highly recommended."
Great value for money. Host has all bases covered. There was a minor problem with one of the locks and the host had someone round to fix it within an hour.
What could be improved: Everything was great. No complaints at all.
