"Great location and enjoyed our stay!"
I was so pleased that the host provided us with plenty of coffee!!! That was so nice! The location is excellent for access to the tube. Everything was well maintained. We also appreciated being able to wash clothes (laundry detergent was provided...another plus!). We also appreciated have wash cloths (that is an American thing, but was very thoughtful!).
What could be improved: There were no exhaust fans in the bathroom. We do wish there was a place to put luggage off the floor in the bedrooms (maybe a foldable luggage rack?).

"My family and I had a wonderful stay."
My family and I had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent — centrally situated with easy access to transportation and a large supermarket. Having a big store nearby with late-night hours was especially convenient for grocery shopping. The Tube station was very close, and even the bus stop was only about one or two blocks away. Ash greeted me when I arrived and kept in touch before and throughout our stay. He was a perfect host — always quick to respond to my questions — and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making our visit so enjoyable. The property itself was wonderful. It looked recently built and came with all the essential kitchenware. I used the cookware often to make breakfast and dinner, and everything I needed was there. The appliances were easy to manage — I only needed to check the manual for the electric stove and the AEG washer/dryer, and both were simple to use. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I sincerely thank Ash for making it such a pleasant stay.
What could be improved: There really wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. Communication with Ash was excellent, and he’s a genuinely nice guy.

"Amazing place to stay in London"
Great location – really close to the station with frequent subway service into central London. Also near a big shop that has everything you need. The staff were super friendly and easy to reach, and check-in was quick and smooth. The apartment was well equipped and nice and quiet at night.

What could be improved: Comfort for chill time needs some improvement…side chairs aren’t comfortable. Also- 1 bath towel per person for 4 days isn’t enough.
