Great location so close to the station. Made travel so easy, and the flat was very clean.

Location was great, parking and clean.
What could be improved: Hot water wasn’t boosted on arrival resulting in freezing cold water for shower. If hot water I required you have to wake up early, boost the hot water ready for when you want a shower. Was also informed we could make use of the company’s parking near the excel so didn’t arrange anything in advance, then to be told on the day there’s no spaces! Really frustrating.
