Overview
First Impressions
Beautiful Flat in Hipster Hackney Very Spacious! lives up to its name — well, mostly. When I first walked into this four-star apartment, I was genuinely surprised by how much space they’ve managed to pack into this converted Victorian building on Tudor Grove. The ceilings are higher than you’d expect, and there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living in a shoebox.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about staying in Hackney — you’re not in tourist central, and that’s actually brilliant. Enterprise House sits right in the heart of what locals call “proper” Hackney, where you’ll find independent coffee shops that know how to pull a decent espresso and vintage stores that aren’t trying too hard. The Overground station is maybe a seven-minute walk, which means you can get to Shoreditch in about ten minutes or central London in under thirty.
The Space
The room setup is pretty smart — they’ve divided the space so it doesn’t feel like one giant empty box. There’s a separate sleeping area that actually feels private, plus a living space where you can hang out without staring at your bed. The kitchen is small but functional; I mean, you’re not going to host a dinner party, but you can definitely make proper breakfast and coffee without relying on overpriced hotel room service.
Local Insights
What I love about this spot is how you get to experience London like someone who actually lives here. There’s a proper pub called The Pembury Tavern just around the corner — honestly, their Sunday roast is better than most places charging twice as much in Zone 1. Broadway Market is walking distance too, and if you’re there on a Saturday, the food stalls are ridiculous (in the best way). You know what though? It can get a bit noisy on weekend evenings since it’s a residential area where people actually socialize.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.3 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price. It’s not trying to be fancy — there’s no concierge or fancy lobby — but it gives you genuine London living without the tourist markup. The space feels honest, the neighborhood has character, and you’ll probably discover places that don’t show up in guidebooks. Just don’t expect hotel-style daily housekeeping or 24-hour reception; this is more like borrowing a friend’s flat in one of London’s most interesting areas.

Very spacious and comfy, beautiful flat in a good location near lots of buses and trains. Several nice parks and markets in the immediate area.

Beautiful property!! Loved how many bathrooms there were for how many people were staying at the property. The kitchen had everything you needed and great amount of space to move around. The heating / cooling system was fantastic. The balcony was a great hang space. Loved that the location was close to so much public transport!
What could be improved: Would have liked for it to be clear on accessibility to the apartment. A lot of stairs to get to the apartment. A member who was injured had a rough time getting in and out of the apartment. All of the showers seem to have seal issues as most often it would spill out onto the floor.

"It was really great, the reviews were not good I was reluctant but I liked my stay there with my family, don’t follow th"
It is really beautiful, spacious, and in a good neighborhood
What could be improved: I didn’t like one thing only, I didn’t know that there must be a deposit and I paid it when I arrived ! That was the only issue, they must include or stipulate the payment earlier

The living area is the best thing about the property, everything else is below standard.
What could be improved: The location of the property. Not the area, but the building in itself. It took about 30 minutes from reaching the address to actually find the door as it is very confusing.
The fact that upon entering, there were lights and facilities that did not work such as showers was a big let down. On top of that, instead of initially leaving a bad review because of this, me and my partner forgot about it only to receive a compensation request from the owner about a faulty door handle which was there before we arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"What's a bad experience for the trip. Introduction said accessible by lift, but this is not true."
Wifi is good. kitchen utensils enough.
What could be improved: Introduction said accessible by lift,, but only access 1/F, we have elder people, children to take 3 levels of stair with 8 large luggage, what's a terrible experience. Everyday the elder people need to go and down 3 level of narrow stairs, which is dangerous and very inconvenience. Besides, inside is around 30 degree in the day time, poor ventilation unless open all windows for every room, one of the room without window which is sultry cannot sleep. The floor is dirty and bed sheet has dirt. 3 bedroom locks are chock and hard to open.
