The size of the apartment, location, cleanliness and amenities were superb. View from the apartment was brilliant. Quiet and cozy.
What could be improved: No cleaning service, only one roll in the bathroom for a 6 day stay. No extra sheets or towels.

Very nice appartment incredibly well equiped and clean, VERY quiet. A Tesco small supermarket is jut next by, very convenient. Walking distance to Excel, perfect for attending a congress there.
What could be improved: No air conditioning so very hot during my stay. Very expensive.

"A good accommodation slightly outside the city center"
The apartment’s biggest advantage is its location. Situated directly on the Thames, the private balcony offers a breathtaking view of the O2 Arena on the opposite side of the river. Additionally, the DLR station "Royal Victoria" is just a four-minute walk away. From there, you can reach "Tower Hill" – right next to Tower Bridge – in around 20 minutes without needing to change trains. The stated distance of about 10 kilometers to the city center shouldn’t be discouraging, as the transport connections are excellent. Another positive aspect was the host, who was very friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. Our impression was that he was always reachable by phone and responded promptly to any issues.
What could be improved: A minor downside was some small defects in the furnishings. Nothing major, but still annoying and avoidable

"Great location for O2 Arena!"
Location was perfect for visiting to O2 arena and was in walking distance to train/tube/cable cars. The apartment itself was modern, clean and generally well equipped. The apartment felt secure and safe. The apartment was spacious and it was great having multiple bathrooms. The communication was generally great. There was an issue with a broken door and heating. The heating was being fixed and the host was apologetic for the engineer being present when we arrived. We understood that these things happen and was beyond his control. The door remained broken (there was an offer to fix it during our stay, however we got it closed and agreed for it to be fixed after our two night stay).
What could be improved: The postcode given doesn’t actually take you to the correct location. The man we spoke to on the phone was really helpful and came and met us. Some of the crockery is dated and doesn’t match. There’s a £300 refundable deposit to pay upon arrival. Whilst I totally understand the rationale behind paying this in the event of damages etc, the process of refunding needs to be better. I was told by the host that I needed to WhatsApp him once we had checked out, along with my bank details. The refund would then be processed ‘within the week’. Later that week, I contacted the host on WhatsApp and was told ‘we will refund you soon’. After 8 days, I was still waiting for the refund and becoming increasingly frustrated. I was told it was going to be processed that day. The next day… no money. I was told that I needed to call the office as they do the refunds. Well, say that on the check-in/out rather than telling people to WhatsApp their details and you will process the refund. This is especially frustrating as we were model customers!
