"Great apartment in a fantastic location"
Really well located to the ExCel, staff were really accommodating with a very late check in, good communication leading up to our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well presented. Great stay!

"Perfect location for excel conference."
Location excellent. Literally 5 minute walk to excel. O2 cable cars directly opposite. Staff helpful. Got us an extra fan. . Clean and had most facilities needed. Parking was available for extra cost. . House manager very helpful. Close to lots of restaurants & Tesco extra.
What could be improved: Toilet holder falling off wall and kitchen sink unstable. Very hot but fan provided and extra one brought on request. Would be nice if couple fold up chairs provided to sit outside as small balcony area. Nothing provided to cook in oven. So some oven dishes would be good for future.

"Clean, comfortable and perfect location for Excel centre and Silverworks Island for concert"
Apartment was clean, tidy, linen fresh and in the heatwave they had provided fans for every room which was greatly appreciated. House manager was very attentive, bringing extra items we needed on request and making sure we had the spare bed we'd required - we'd booked something with a futon and there wasn't one in this property so he brought a single fold up bed which worked fine.
What could be improved: Could have more cups, glasses and basics - we didn't have enough for all of us. I didn't have instructions on how to use coffee machine. Fridge/freezer was flooding which I notified the house manager of and he brought kitchen roll for us to mop it up.

I really liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the excellent service. Special thanks to Mr. Masoud who was very helpful and brought us a fan. The place is also close to the conference venue, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, the furniture was very old and looked completely different from the photos, which was quite disappointing. I was surprised when I entered the apartment, as the building exterior also looked outdated and was not shown in the listing. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable at times.
