The building has that understated elegance you find in this part of London — nothing flashy, but everything perfectly considered. It’s tucked away on a quieter stretch, which honestly surprised me given how close you are to all the action.
The Space That Tells a Story
Step inside and you’re definitely in an architect’s space — clean lines, thoughtful lighting, and this four-star attention to detail that shows in every corner. The main room flows beautifully into the living area, and I mean, having three full bathrooms in central London is practically unheard of. Each bedroom feels deliberately designed rather than just furnished, if you know what I mean.
Location That Actually Works
Here’s what’s brilliant about Goodge Street — you’re literally a two-minute walk from Oxford Street’s shopping chaos, but when you turn down this road, the noise just… disappears. The Goodge Street tube station is right there, which makes getting anywhere ridiculously easy. I found myself popping out for coffee at the little independent places nearby rather than hitting the obvious chains on the main drag.
Living Like a Local
The kitchen setup is what sold me on this place — it’s actually equipped for real cooking, not just reheating takeaway. There’s proper counter space and everything you’d need if you want to grab ingredients from the Waitrose around the corner. The whole house feels lived-in rather than hotel-sterile, which I suppose makes sense given it’s someone’s actual home when they’re not hosting guests.

That 9.5 rating isn’t just about the space — though having three bathrooms when you’re traveling with friends or family is genuinely life-changing. It’s more about how the place works for different types of stays. “Good location, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean.”
What could be improved: The apartment has four levels and a lot of stairs. The living room isn’t as clean as it appears in the photos, and the smells of the first neighbor’s spicy Lebanese food are very noticeable.

Excellent location, exceptional communication with the owner, lovely furnitured. It was a perfect stay for our family and we loved that we could walk everywhere. There are lots of excellent cafés and restaurant nearby, too many to try!

The apartment is at a great location. Lots of restaurants and coffee places around of all price ranges. 3 Supermarkets a few minutes away. Tube lines very close.
The place was clean and had all we needed.

"Wonderful Experience"
My family had an awesome time staying at this beautiful, well appointed home with excellent facilities and location. Each of the three bedrooms has a cozy vibe, and the beds are really comfortable, so we slept great. The living area is bright with lots of natural light from the windows. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Fitzrovia. It's a short walk to tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops, which is super convenient. Plus, public transport is easy to get to, making it a breeze to explore the city. Great communication from the host, who was friendly and approachable. Highly recommend this place for visits to London.

The flat is big, comfortable and nice-looking. Everything was available (coffee, tea, sugar, dishes soap, clothes cleaner even the small details) literally every thing) that we did not have to buy alot of staff for the flat. The location was very good ( 2 blocks away from oxford st.). There are alot of restaurants, cafes down. The staff was great , nice and available whenever i needed them. Also the flat is very clean. There are 3 bathroom and one toilet. I would come back to the same flat. Strongly recommended
