"Excellent, comfortable, clean, safe."
Great location, clean comfortable flat, felt like it was safe. Host very welcoming and gave lots of information. Flat contains everything you need for a stay, lots of extras e.g. tea/coffee, washing up liquid.

"Loved our stay"
We loved our stay here. It's perfect for two people. Nice quiet street. Great location just metres from tube, shops and pubs. While there is a pub next door it was no issue and I slept with the windows open. Ali is a great host. So accommodating and has all the little things you only need once like cling film and washing machine pods. She even left treats and drinks. For a basement flat there is not even a hint of dampness. Flat was spotlessly clean and smelled nice. loved the thick towels. Definitely recommended and we would stay again 😊

"Great Host, great location and great value"
We booked this as a last minute stay. Great area and beautiful wee flat. Our host was really friendly and accommodating. The flat was clean and presented well. It was the perfect size for a short stay.

"Very good"
Perfect location for the tube, park and local shops. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Ali was friendly and very accommodating as we turned up early.
What could be improved: Although there was a sofa, there was no real sitting area. Not a big issue as we were out most of the time.

"Exceptional"
Great location. It is next to the tube station and bus stations. Short walk to the supermarket. Very clean apartment and Ali is very responsive to any questions we had. She let us dropped off our luggage early which was very helpful.
What could be improved: Low ceiling. If you are 6 ft or taller, you will most likely hit your head at the entrance.

"Great location and very comfortable stay"
We enjoyed everything about our stay here. The location is very easy to reach, just 1 minute away from the subway exit, in a quiet residential part of town. While the property is a little below street level, it didn't feel like you don't have light because of the nice patio that extends out of the living room. The host was great and very accommodating, checking in and out was very easy and everything was clean and properly maintained. The area itself has some nice pubs where you can stop for a drink and the host has a booklet full of recommendations on this topic. We'd definitely stay again at this location if it were available. We're actually planning to return to London but sadly the property is already booked during that trip window.
What could be improved: Everything was great!

"A must go. I hope I can visit here very soon."
It is such a lovely house! Ali has prepared almost everything I need here. And for cooking lovers like me, it has an ideal kitchen! I used the oven quite often. I like the balcony as well. And a nice location. You can get into tube platform within 1 min. No safety concern for a single female traveller. I really wish I could have stayed here longer. Again I’d like to thank Ali for her hospitality :)
What could be improved: It's nothing related to dissatisfaction:) But just provide more information. As many customers mentioned before, there are steep stairs. That’s why I will not suggest this accommodation to someone carrying bulky items. And there is a pub next door. It was on holiday for my first night here and unfortunately someone sang loudly until midnight. But it was still acceptable if you just close all windows and doors. And no more later.

Comfortable and close to Oval and Kennington Tube Stations. Also, Ali provided some snacks and drinks which was very much appreciated.
What could be improved: Limited hot water for the shower and temperature was a constrained.
