"New apartment! Very spacious and good location! Excellent Host!"
Location was great, apartment was new and spacious, and check-in process was very smooth. Host was excellent to work with. Would definitely stay here again!
What could be improved: Apartment wasn’t clean, but Host explained that it was a housekeeping issue and offered a partial refund. Excellent customer service!! There was some street noise but it is to be expected since you are located in a great spot in the heart of London.

Overall not a perfect but a fair place to stay.
What could be improved: The bin area behind the house was terribly littered. No air conditioning while streets around the house are noisy even in the night, so you keep hearing noises whenever windows are open. And you have to keep them open not to get boiled (we arrived during summer) By the way, you are not able to look through the windows as they are covered with some frosted film.

Lovely new refurbished apartment Plenty of space for our group. Location was great with a cafe right across the road and walking distance to shop and pubs.
What could be improved: There is quite a lot of street noise and if you’re not used to that, it can be a problem. There needs to be mirrors in all rooms.

"Brilliant!"
The host is amazingly communicative and extremely accommodating. The location is perfect. 5 Minutes to bus, 10 minutes to subway. Shops and amazing restaurants all in easy walking distance (5-10 minutes). The outside area is perfect. The entire place looks brand new, is very well equipped, bright and clean. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it. Should I ever come back to London, I would book this apartment again.
What could be improved: There is nothing not to like. All was taken care of, and whenever I whatsapped the host with a question, I received a reply and a solution within minutes.

What could be improved: The apartments are large and beautiful, everything is very good, but there is one big drawback – everything is dirty. The floors, the kitchen, it seems like nothing was cleaned. Outside, where you’re supposed to pick up the apartment key, homeless people are living. There was unremoved garbage left on the terrace

What could be improved: Su Booking erano segnalati tre bagni ma in realtà sono due. Non è stato un problema per noi ma sarebbe meglio correggere le informazioni per successivi ospiti.

Lekkere ruim appartement. We waren met een groep van 6. wat lekker de ruimte gaf om iedereen zijn eigen ding te laten doen. In de buurt fijne supermarkt met dagelijks verse broodjes en brood.
What could be improved: Er waren wat weinig glazen. En helaas geen bier of wijnglazen. Niet dat dat de pret bederfde.
