Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Amanah Properties – Luxury 2 Bed Chelsea Cloisters London Skyline, you immediately notice this isn’t your typical hotel setup — it’s actually more like having your own proper London flat for a few days. The building itself has that classic red-brick Chelsea character, and honestly, the location on Sloane Avenue puts you right in the heart of one of London‘s most desirable neighborhoods. You know what I mean when I say it feels residential rather than touristy, which is exactly what you want in this part of town.
The Apartment Experience
This four-star place gives you a full two-bedroom apartment setup, which means you’re not cramped into a single hotel room trying to live out of a suitcase. The space actually breathes — there’s a proper living area where you can spread out, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to grab groceries from the nearby Waitrose (trust me, having your morning coffee at home beats hotel lobby queues). The skyline views they mention? Well, you do get glimpses of London’s rooftops, though don’t expect sweeping panoramas.
Chelsea Neighborhood Perks
Here’s the thing about staying in Chelsea — you’re basically in London’s poshest residential area, but it doesn’t feel stuffy or intimidating. The King’s Road is literally a few minutes’ walk away, perfect for afternoon shopping or grabbing dinner at one of those gastropubs that locals actually frequent. Sloane Square station is close enough that getting into central London takes maybe fifteen minutes, and you can walk to Harrods if that’s your thing (though I’d skip the crowds and head to Peter Jones instead).
Practical Considerations
The apartment-style setup means you get more independence than a traditional hotel, but that also means fewer services — there’s no concierge hovering around or daily housekeeping unless you arrange it. Parking in Chelsea is, well, Chelsea parking, so factor that into your budget if you’re driving. The building’s lifts can be a bit slow during busy periods, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for converted London buildings in this area.
Why Guests Love It
What really works here is the combination of location and space — you get to live like a Chelsea resident without the million-pound price tag. The two bedrooms make it perfect for families or friends traveling together, and having that proper living space means you’re not all piled into one room by evening. It’s not the fanciest place in London, but it delivers on what matters: a comfortable base in one of the city’s best neighborhoods where you can actually relax between exploring.

"Superb"
The location was perfect for Chelsea flower show, the purpose of our trip. Apartment was warm but coolers provided. Beds really comfortable and great to have large bath sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Great having a Sainsbury's next door.
What could be improved: Only one lift working so did wait a while and would been hard if 2nd one not working as being on 8th floor, not great for getting luggage up the stairs.

"Royal Albert Hall visit"
Prime location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby , good transport options nearby ,including tube and buses.
View from Apartment was amazing ,especially at night .
Apartment was well set out and had everything we needed . Beds were very comfortable .
What could be improved: Would have liked the Apartment to have been decorated for Xmas . A small milk would have been appreciated on arrival. There was a lot of personal mail left unopened in Apartment.
The main issue was that only one lift was working and being on the eigth floor this meant long waits sometimes.

"Great location. Ceiling lights need updating"
Superb location, short walk to South Ken tube, and lots of amenities nearby. Breakfast at Daylesford Farm diagonally across the road and dinner at Daphnes in the next street. We spent a day at Westfield shopping centre and a day at the Spirit of Christmas fair at Olympia. The apartment had everything we needed for two nights.
What could be improved: Lighting. Many lightbulbs are out. Of 26 ceiling lights, only 14 actually work. No bulbs in the hall at all. Bathroom needs more lighting. The apartment needs updating with its electrics in the ceiling as it’s working with out of date bulbs, hence why the landlord can’t access replacement bulbs and just moving the only working ones around the apartment. They need to invest in updating them to current standards.

"Would stay again"
Most comfy beds ever, felt luxurious
What could be improved: Needs a bit of tender loving care in places. There was peeling paint on windows and above windows, toilet door needs repainting, and a few lights need fixing, took a long time to get hall light working, I think an extractor fan would be a good idea in the bathroom as u have to leave the window open to alleviate condensation.
It's a handy venue for the city, very clean, and quite comfortable. Would book again

"Fantastic, clean, good for a family! So close to natural history museum"
Cosy, easy to make our own meals.
Comfortable beds.
Lots of space
Clean and tidy.
What could be improved: A little hot even with radiators turned off but only minor issue.

"Location, location, location"
It's within walking distance from the Royal Albert Hall and the museums. There's lots of restaurants around the corner and a Sainsburys almost next door.
The manager of the property was always accessible and very quick to respond to my queries. Big thumbs up to him/her.
The view from the windows is stunning and you can witness a beautiful sunrise.
What could be improved: When I went to collect the keys, just after the check in time, the person in charge to handle me the keys cannot do it and it kept me waiting for 20 minutes. I have to point out, that the communication with the manager was always open during this time.
The other downside was that only one lift (with capacity for 4 people with not much luggage) was working and we were on the 8th floor and on the hottest day of the year, so taking the stairs wasn't much of an option. But again, this is out of the flat's manager control.
The flat doesn't have air conditioning and is facing to the east, so the sun rises beautifully in front of your eyes with a beautiful view of the London skyline... But that means on a hot day, and with AC, the room is boiling.

"Great value for this location if you just want a base"
Location was great and it was fantastic value for money for this area of London . Owner was very helpful and contacted us regularly during our stay.
What could be improved: It was small as stated, but definetely wasn’t luxury. It was clean and perfectly fine as we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The old crittle windows do steam up and paint a bit flaky with damp patches in places
